Five years in, the upkeep has stayed consistent

DLF The Belaire · Sector 54, Gurugram

We have owned here for five years and the upkeep has stayed consistent. The clubhouse is genuinely used, and the garden is looked after through the year.

Comfortable to live in, but parking needs work

DLF The Belaire · Sector 54, Gurugram

Parking is the one thing I would improve. Everything else is comfortable, and neighbours are friendly across all three towers.

The management responds quickly to complaints, which is rare. Water supply has been steady even through the summer months.

Good value for the location. The pool and gym are clean, and the power backup has never let us down during outages.
